Lena came in to the studio with a ton of modeling experience already. I would be lying if I said that didn’t make me a bit nervous. But there’s just something magical about working with a fellow photographer and model. We got to co-create an amazing gallery!
Was the session what you expected it to be?
The session was what I expected, but elevated. I felt so taken care of the entire time, from the moment I walked in the door.
What was your favorite part of your session with us?
I loved how each set we did was so different from the last. Being able to walk away from one session with a variety of looks was so nice. I also loved the overall environment of the studio. Having a private changing area, with beautiful decor and prints all over.
What would your advice be to other women who haven't booked a boudoir session?
You are in good hands. Golden Mean Boudoir has worked hard to create a safe, supportive and empowering experience for women who want to see themselves in all the beauty that they are!
Did anything change about the way you see your own sensuality / body confidence as a result of this session?
Seeing the images from that day reminded me that I have a soft sensuality that I don't often get in touch with. Previous boudoir sessions I have done were meant to exude a more confident and sexual nature, and my session with Golden Mean allowed me to get in touch with a gentler sensuality that is so beautiful to see.
What would you say to people who say they can't do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
A good photographer will help you to relax and feel comfortable and confident.
