Miss S came to the studio one very hot June afternoon. If you’re in Chicago you know that the weather can change from one minute to the next so to me the heat was quite unexpected. Well she was so gracious and understanding throughout the whole experience! We had a blast during her session!
Miss S is the owner and designer over at PapelitosLindos . She creates stationery with the Latinx experience in mind. She noticed there was a lack of personal connection and understanding in stationery products specifically for the Latinx community. What did you think boudoir was before hearing of Golden Mean Boudoir?
A sexy photoshoot in Lingerie but it's so much. more than that! it's an experience that I feel everyone should have to feel empowered in their bodies
Share any obstacles or fears you had about doing a boudoir session...
It's a a really vulnerable space to be in and I was nervous at first but Veronica made it easy to get comfortable!
What would your advice be to other women who haven't booked a boudoir session?
If you're looking to remember your body how it is today then do it. If you're looking to feel comfortable and confident in your own skin then do it!
Did anything change about the way you see your own body image as a result of this session?
Yes, I love that I have something to look at as a reminder of who I am and how I feel in my own body. In 30 years from now when my body has changed, I have something to look back at.
